We first check your details and, if anything is missing or unclear, contact you to confirm it. We then assess the mode and route that suit your cargo and delivery expectations and prepare the quote on that basis. Where more than one option is possible, such as full truckload versus groupage, we explain the differences. Border and route conditions are confirmed for the planned shipment date.
Request form and tracking code
When you submit the request form on our website, you receive a tracking code for your request. Please mention it when you write to us. Once the shipment opens, we also share a tracking link showing its stages, estimated dates and documents such as the CMR and invoice.
